fme AG was looking for a social learning solution that restructured and simplified its onboarding process. It needed to be compatible with Jive and enable all employees in the enterprise to access the entire company’s portfolio of services. fme AG had been using Jive extensively to manage their company content and noticed that the way they structure knowledge in their decentralized company was not practical anymore. In addition to modernizing their onboarding process, they wanted to represent their internal organizational and software processes within Jive.
With the implementation of Pokeshot SmarterPath, fme could store and reuse both training and knowledge within Jive. They were able to meet their business needs and leverage existing content without duplicating it. Since all employees are familiar with Jive and they are able to access SmarterPath using their known login, all employees have easy access to the company portfolio without leaving their work environment.
With SmarterPath fme was able to:
- up-cycle and leverage tribal knowledge
- provide content that is up-to-date and at the point of need
- conduct structured employee on- & off-boarding training
